JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 24-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jhanjharpur Excise P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025 dated 17.08.2025 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32(1) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act. 3. As per FIR, 18 liters of Nepali country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the motorcycle. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is owner of the motorcycle from where the recovery is said to have been made. It is next submitted that petitioner has been in judicial custody since 17.08.2025. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has six criminal antecedents, in which, he is already on bail. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the period of custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur Excise P.S.
