This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to take legal action against the private respondents on the basis of evidence called by Revenue Authority, against them and record the name of petitioner and other legal heirs of Late Kude, and punished the Revenue Officer who submitted wrong report about the Arazi Khasra No.43 area 11-2-0 Bigha (2.806 hectare) situated at Village Birsakh, Jalalpur, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar." 2. From perusal of prayer so made in the writ petition, it appears that it is a private dispute between petitioner and respondents no.6 to 8. 3. No interference is made out while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. Writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
