Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State- respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned recovery notices dated 20.07.2024 (05 in number) issued by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Hamirpur." 3. Learned standing counsel pointed out that present petition has been filed against show cause notices and till date, no order has been passed, therefore petition is not maintainable. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact and submitted that petitioner has filed reply of show cause notices upon which no order has been passed. 5. Under such facts of the case, writ petition is dismissed as premature with liberty to petitioner to file fresh petition, in case, any adverse order is passed against him after considering his reply.
