This revision petition is directed against the order dated 11.03.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati District in case No.Crl.Misc.FC/UDP/13/2025 (Execution) arising out of Cr.Misc.FC/UDP/65/2022 whereby the learned Judge, Family Court, Udaipur has issued notice upon the Opposite Party to appear personally before the Court on the next date on the question of realization of arrear maintenance amounting to Rs.56,000/- for the period June, 2024 to January, 2025.
