A perusal of the order sheets reveals that the matter has been adjourned repeatedly either on account of absence or at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning, learned counsel for the petitioners sought a pass over, and on the second call, none appeared. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the instant matter any further. 3. Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
