In the order dated 05.02.2026, the submission of Mr. K.S. Kharshiing, learned counsel for the petitioner had been recorded that though the petitioner had approached this Court by the instant writ petition in the capacity of the Acting Sordar of Wahlang Khyndai Kyntoit, Nongspung Syiemship, he has since been removed and replaced, as the Acting Sordar. Though he had prayed that the matter be listed after 3(three) weeks, to enable him to obtain instructions, Mr. T. Islam, learned counsel appearing on his behalf today submits that no instructions have been received, and further submits that the matter may be closed at this stage. 2026:MLHC:95 2.
