Learned counsel for the appellants has very fairly submitted that the prosecution witnesses except the Investigating Officer, have been examined, as such, the present appeal be disposed of by directing the learned Special Judge designated under NIA Act, 2008, Kulgam(hereinafter to be referred as the trial court) to conclude the trial as expeditiously within some stipulated period. 2. In that view of the matter, the present appeal is disposed of by requesting the learned trial court to make all possible endeavours to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and to ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are granted to either of the parties.
