Notice of the petition was given to the respondents who have been served but no one appeared today. Objections have also been filed. Have gone through the order impugned the trial court while assumed the case holding that the applicant has made out a prima facie case justifyinggrant of one week opportunity to him. In view for admission to the extent of his liberty to the complainants applicants to the tune of file and ordered the petitioner to deposit the said 20% of the amount. How the amount has been determined has not been stated in the order. I feel it would be appropriate in case the trial court is asked to proceed with the trial and decide the application for grant of interim relief requiring the parties and by going this petition is disposed of.
