This application has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 by the petitioner, namely, Sri Bikash Axom @ Bikash Boruah, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Latasil P.S. Case No. 13/2024. Pursuant to the interim order granted by this court on 27.03.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and he has been cooperating in the investigation. For this reason only, the petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
