GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent No.5 in acting on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.12.2024 against the respondent Nos.6 to 16. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that the police have conducted preliminary enquiry and have arrived at a conclusion that offence does not be constitute a cognizance offence and the report was also been submitted to the petitioner. It is also submitted that Crime No.104 of 2024 dated 31.12.2024 was registered by Alluri Sitharama Raju District on the complaint of the petitioner and is the same under investigation. 3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. It is left open for the petitioner to take steps, if so aggrieved with the report served on the petitioner. No costs.
