It is the case of the petitioner that in the District Rudraprayag, election for Primary Teachers Association, Rudraprayag, is bad because many persons, who cast their votes were not elected delegates. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the election of Primary Teachers Association, Rudraprayag, which was conducted on 24.03.2025, is bad because many persons, who voted in it, were not elected delegates; the petitioner has made representations on 03.04.2025 and 17.06.2025 to the Sub-Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Dehradun, but no action has been taken on it. He seeks directions that the respondents may be directed to take action on it. Learned State Counsel submits that the representations dated 03.04.2025 and 17.06.2025, will be decided by the respondents within a period of four weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1/Sub- Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Dehradun, to decide the representations dated 03.04.205 and 17.06.2025, within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law.
