Sections 118(2), 76, 61(2) of BNS, 2023 have been added later on in the FIR during investigation. This is his first petition for anticipatory bail. 2. Vide order dated 01.09.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Investigating Officer SI Sanjay Kumar, has submitted that that petitioner has joined investigation, co-operated and is not required for custodial interrogation. 4.
