Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent, and perused the material on record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from the police against threat to their life and property. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that on police verification it's revealed that the petitioners have filed the instant petition with incorrect facts and the actual information is that petitioner no. 2 is already married with one Nasarin Bano (respondent no. 5) on 10.12.2021 and have one child out of the said wedlock and this fact has not been disclosed in the instant petition, therefore, the instant petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
