(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty to the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. 2. The learned counsel for the State has filed a reply dated 11.09.2025 on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 which is taken on record. While referring to the said reply, he contends that the statements of the petitioners have been recorded to the effect that they are married to each and are living happily. They also stated that they do not face any threat at the hands of the private respondents. The statements of private respondents have been recorded to the effect that they do not wish to interfere in the lives of the petitioners.
