For the State : Mr. S. K. Verma, A.P.P. ----- 04/ 25.04.2025 Heard the parties. 2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 406/420/467/468/471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Protest cum Complaint Case No. 322 of 2021 arising out of Adityapur PS Case No. 138 of 2018 corresponding to GR Case No. 592 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned CJM at Seraikella. 3. During course of argument, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that chargesheet against the petitioner has already been submitted. There is no apprehension of arrest as cognizance has already been taken. Since the chargesheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has cooperated during investigation thus there is no necessity for his custodial trial. 4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court concerned and take necessary steps to file his bail bonds. 5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/Cp-3
