Case No. 440 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. The recovery is of 372 liters of illicit liquor. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 6.8.2025 and apart from the present case, the petitioner no. 1 has six criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has four criminal antecedent. 5.
