Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. Ms Ankita Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 is also present. 2. This criminal appeal has been filed by applicant to quash the cognizance/summoning order dated 1.07.2020 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Kushi Nagar in Special Session Trial No. 20 of 2020, as well as the charge sheet dated 14.3.2020 in Case Crime No. 03 of 2020, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 308 IPC and Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(S0 of the SC/ST Act, P.S. Turk Patti, District Kushi Nagar and the entire proceeding of aforesaid case. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer for quashing of the above mentioned case. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the applicants in view of the judgment in the case Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2021 SCC Online SC 922. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is disposed of with the direction that in case the applicants filed bail application before the court below within 30 days from today, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the court below in view of the settled law laid by this Court in the case of Versus Counsel for Appellant(s) : Pawan Kumar Rao, Saurabh Shaw Counsel for Respondent(s) : Ankita Pandey, G.A. Suresh Alias Suresh Kushwaha And 2 Others .....Appellant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) Satender Kumar Antil (Supra). 5.
