The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "1. Issue an order/direction under power of supervisory juridiction to this Hon'ble Court please direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Court no. 15 Mirzapur/Learned Trial Court, Mirzapur to expeditiously decide the 6(c) application for temporary injunction in original suit no. 1171 of 2022 (Mohd. Hasan Khan & another Vs. Tahira begum & others) within stipulated period, pending before Court of Learned Civil Judge (J.D.) Court no. 15/Learned Trial Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned 6c application is pending for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Court no. 15 Mirzapur/Learned Trial Court, Mirzapur to consider and decide the aforementioned 6c application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Bijay Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : Mohd.
