Report from the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghaziabad dated 07.02.2025 has come, which is on record. From perusal of the said report, it transpires that the petitioners, despite having knowledge of the fact that the money has to be deposited pursuant to the return from the treasury, has not furnished the account details which was sought from him. It is clear from the report that the petitioner was required to furnish the bank account details to the authorities so that the amount may be transferred in the account. In view of the said report, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghaziabad dated 07.02.2025, this writ petition is disposed of requiring the petitioners to furnish the bank account details to the concerned authorities for getting the money transferred. In case, the bank account details is furnished within one week from today, the authorities shall transfer the amount within next two weeks.
