This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) A writ of mandamus for a direction to respondent no. 2 up ziladhikari Tamkuhiraj District Kushinagar to expedite and decide the case of Aarti Devi Vs chairman nagar panchyat Tamkuhiraj District Kushinagar filed under section 67A(1) of U.P. revenue code 2006 /A-155 A of land record manual with regard to Gata no. 879 Ka. Area 0.012 hectare out of 0.0526 hectare situated in Gram Sabha Tamkuhiraj, Paragana sidhuwa Jobana Tahasil Tamkuhiraj District-Kushinagar." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 67A of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Up-ziladhikari, Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar to decide the case in proceedings under Section 67A of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. October 6, 2025 A. V.
