It is the claim of the petitioner that he was Chairperson of the Vayapar Pratinidhi Mandal Samiti, Bageshwar. It is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. His primary membership has wrongly been suspended by the respondent no.3/The President, Prantiya Udhyog Vayapar Pratinidhi Mandal Samiti, against which the petitioner has already given a representation to the respondent no.4/The Deputy Registrar, Haldwani, on 17.07.2025, which is annexure No.2 to the writ petition, but it has yet not been decided. He seeks directions that the respondent no.4/The Deputy Registrar, Haldwani, may be directed to take a decision on the representation dated 17.07.2025, Annexure No.2 to the writ petition. Learned State Counsel submits that the representation dated 17.07.2025, Annexure No.2 to the writ petition, will be decided by the respondent no.4/the Deputy Registrar, Haldwani, within a period of four weeks.
