The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 65(1), 351(2)/(3) of the B.N.S, 2023 and sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act. 3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that petitioner committed rape 2-3 times with the daughter of the informant and threatened not to disclose the ordeal to anyone. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is an old person and claims clean antecedent. Patna High Court CR. Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S.
