CMP No. 4975 of 2024 By way of this application, a prayer has been made by the appellant/plaintiff/applicant to restrain the respondents/defendants/non-applicants from interfering with the possession of the appellant/plaintiff/applicant on the suit land and also from dispossessing him therefrom. Though, the prayer has been opposed by filing the reply. However, since the appeal has already been admitted for hearing on 28.08.2025, it will be in the interest of justice to direct the parties to maintain status quo till final disposal of the appeal, so as to preserve the suit property in its present state and to avoid prejudice to either of the sides in future.
