Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that in the past the petitioner had filed Writ-C No.21654 of 2025 based on the same contract. He submits that said writ petition was disposed of by order dated 10.07.2025. He further states that at the time of disposal of the said writ petition, the petitioner could not place the relevant provisions of scheme under which reference to Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council, Consumer Forum, is barred. He states that liberty be granted to the petitioner for filing recall/review application in the said petition. 2. Accordingly, as prayed, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file application for recall/review of the order passed in the previous petition. 3.
