This appeal is filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against the judgment and decree dated 12.07.2022, whereby the divorce petition filed by the appellant was dismissed. 3. Today, the matter is listed on urgency application (IA No.1/2024). Along with the said application, appellant has enclosed copy of judgment and order dated 20.11.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge-1st, Family Court, Dehradun in Original Suit No.455 of 2024. 4. Perusal of the said judgment reveals that the parties have filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking divorce by mutual consent, which has been allowed and the marriage between the parties has been dissolved. 5. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the said development, appellant do not want to press the present appeal. 6.
