PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.05.2023 passed in W.P.No.80496/2012 by the learned Single Judge of this Court. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: “(i) The petition stands disposed of; (ii) I hereby quantify the compensation to be a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- payable to each of the petitioners. (iii) The respondents are directed to make payment of Rs.2,50,000/- to each of the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.. (iv) Petition is partly allowed.” 2. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents submits that the payment challans have been generated in favour of the petitioners today and the payments would be made by remitting the amounts to their accounts within one week.
