It is further stated that the plaintiff had been diligently prosecuting the matter and that non appearance on 02.07.2024 was inadvertent. 3.Learned counsel for the 1st defendant submits that she has no objection to the application being allowed. 4.Upon examining the reasons set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed and the suit is restored to the file of this Court. 5.Both parties are directed to agree upon and submit a common proposed schedule for recording evidence.
