1. Impugned in the present petition is FIR No. 02/2023 dated 17.01.2023 for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 488-A, 506 Indian Panel Code, lodged at the behest of respondent No.3, who happens to be the wife of petitioner.
2. It is the contention of the petitioner that he and his wife-respondent No.3 have arrived at amicable settlement and have resolved the dispute. Statements of petitioner and respondent No.3 have been reduced into writing before the Registrar Judicial of this Court. They have been identified by their respective counsels.
3. In the light of amicable settlement between the complainant-respondent No.3 and the accused-petitioner, the FIR No. 02/2023 dated 17.01.2023 impugned in the present petition is quashed.
4.
Disposed of along with all connected CM(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
