By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:-
“a. That the respondents may kindly be directed to attest the mutation in favour of the petitioner of khasra No. 654/515/1 measuring 01-09-00 bighas situated in Mohal Parmas, pargana Killar, Tehsil Pangi, District Chamba, HP. as per Annexures P-7 and P-8 dated 23.2.2006 and 23.3.2006, for which the petitioner is legally entitled in accordance with law. b) That the mutation No. 402 dated 8.6.2009, (Annexure P-10) may kindly be quashed and set aside.”

parties, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority for the allotment of alternative land to make good the deficiency if there indeed is deficiency in the grant of nataur to the petitioner. In the event of an appropriate representation being filed by the petitioner in this regard within a period of four weeks from today, let appropriate decision thereupon be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the representation. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
