(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 173 of 2023, under Section 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, Police Station Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal. She has sought her release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is a case of execution of sale deed by impersonation of a person, who had already died. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she has not impersonated anyone; she did not execute any document; she is not beneficiary of any amount; she is merely a Clerk of co-accused Nazia, who is an Advocate and the only role assigned to the applicant is that she took the co-accused Nazia from her residence to court. 5. These factual narrations, as stated by learned counsel for the applicant has been admitted by learned State counsel. It makes out a case for bail. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 2 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
