ORDER 25.03.2025
1. This is an application seeking deferring the proceedings initiated in terms of the Notice dated 04.03.2025, impugned in the writ petition till the settlement in terms of the JKB Special OTS Scheme is finalized.
2. This Court vide order dated 31.12.2024, showed indulgence and
directed the non-applicants/respondents not to take coercive steps against the petitioner subject to deposit of Rs. 1.5 crores within a period of eight weeks from 31.12.2024. Taking into consideration non compliance of the order dated 31.12.2025, this Court vide
order dated 04.03.2025 vacated the interim order dated
31.12.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to avail the OTS offered to the petitioner in terms of the communication dated 21.01.2025.
4. Mr. Shafaqat Nazir, Advocate appearing on behalf of non- applicants/respondents has submitted that if the appellant replies to the communication dated 21.02.2025, the same shall be considered in accordance with OTS Scheme.
5. In view of this, we dispose of the present application as well as the writ petition leaving the parties free to settle the dispute in terms of the OTS Scheme. Needless to say that in the event the settlement is not materialized, the non-applicants/respondents shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
6. Disposed of as above.
