Sri Namman Rajvanshi, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Rahul Pandey, learned brief holder for the State are present. The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 05.07.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 20, Meerut in Criminal Revision No. 547 of 2024, whereby revisional court set aside the order dated 27.05.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Meerut in Complaint Case No. 1742 of 2023, by which learned Magistrate dismissed the complaint of the private opposite party no. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants fairly submits that the applicants are proposed accused and the stage is pre summoning. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application.
