After elaborate arguments, both the sides agreed for the custody of the child by the petitioner from 9.00 a.m. of 1st October, 2025 to 6.00 p.m. of 5th October, 2025. 3. Therefore, recording the same, this application is disposed of by directing the respondent/father to handover the minor child viz., Zac Ninan Vipin to the petitioner/mother at her residence at 9.00 a.m. on 1st October, 2025 and take back the child at 6.00 p.m. on 5th October, 2025 from the same place.
