Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge- Ist- cum- Special Judge, SC/ST, Bhojpur at Ara, vide order dated 04.08.2021 passed in B.P. No. 3003 of 2021. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56389 of 2021(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 of the trial in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2021. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
