ORDER 12.02.2025 CM No. 528/2025.
1. Through the medium of the instant application, applicant/petitioner seeks the withdrawal of the main writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 3457/2023 on the main ground that this Court has already in a connected matter opined that there is an alternate efficacious remedy available under section 127 of the Electricity Act, and, as such, the petitioner intends to avail the said appropriate remedy.
2. Statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
3. The application is allowed and as a consequence the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to avail the appropriate alternate remedy under law.
4. Application stands disposed of.
