The following prayer has been made in the present petition:- (i) to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate in respect of Bank Account No. 10380600000426 as the Loan Liability has been completed." 3. The case of the petitioner is that he took home loan from the respondent- bank and same has been duly re-paid. However, No Objection Certificate is not being issued to the petitioner by the bank-respondent. Representation filed by the petitioner dated 18.07.2025 with regard to the aforesaid grievance is stated to be pending before the respondent no.2. 4. Having regard to the prayer made, we dispose of the instant writ petition with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2025 by speaking order within four weeks form the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation.
