This appeal is preferred against the order dated 14.05.2025 in ABP No. 27 of 2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST, POA Act, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 3(1)(r) (s), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the appellants are said to have molested the informant and when she protested, they have abused her by taking her caste name.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that the appellants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
5. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the application of the appellant.
6. From the reading of the FIR, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
7. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed and the interim protection granted to the appellants vide order dated 30.07.2025, is hereby vacated.
8. The appellants are directed to surrender within four weeks from today failing which the Superintendent of Police, Purnia will take all steps for arrest of the appellants.
9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Purnia through FAX for its compliance.
