The petitioner has rushed this Court without awaiting the decision to be taken by DIOS, Muzaffar Nagar on impugned termination order passed by Manager of Committee of Management, Sanatan Dharm Inter College, Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that papers have already been forwarded to DIOS, Muzaffar Nagar on 14.10.2024, however, still no decision has been taken. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of DIOS, Muzaffar Nagar submits that if no decision of aforesaid matter is still not taken, it will be taken within short period. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if concerned DIOS has not taken a decision on aforesaid matter, the same will be taken within a short period of two weeks, in accordance with law.
