It is submitted that the decree passed by the civil court has attained finality. Grievance is that decree is not being enforced. Once that be so, the remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the competent civil court for execution of the decree. A writ petition would not lie for such purposes. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
