Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The present application has been filed by applicant for quashing the impugned non-bailable warrant (NBW) dated 27.08.2025 issued by Civil Judge (J.D.) FTC/CAW, Mirzapur against applicant in Criminal Case No.3080 of 2017 under Sections 498A, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Adalhat, District Mirzapur. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is informant and the prosecution witness. Non bailable warrant has been issued against applicant on 27.8.2025 for non appearance before the court concerned. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is ready to appear before the trial court and submit the statement of evidence on the next date and the next date fixed is 28th October, 2025. 4. In view of statement made by learned counsel for applicant, the impugned non bailable order dated 27.8.2025 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.) FTC/CAW, Mirzapur shall be kept in abeyance for a period of one month and the applicant is Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Syed Shahnawaz Shah Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Farzana Jamal .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) directed to appear before the court concerned for recording of the evidence without fail. In the event, applicant fails to appear before the court concerned within the aforesaid period, the present arrangement shall be withdrawn and the non bailable warrant would be executed by the concerned without fail. 5.
