Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity 2 Supply) Regulation, 2004 i.e., Regulation No. 5/2004 and Regulation 2(c) of the Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation Meters) Regulation, 2006 and Condition No. 2.2.54 of the General Terms and Conditions of Supply and consequently set aside the Tariff Order issued by the 1st respondent for the year 2013-14 in so far as the billing of energy of the petitioner basing on KVAh readings instead of KWH (Kilo Watt Hour) is concerned readings IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 47264 OF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Tariff Order issued by the 1st respondent for the year 2013-14 in so far as the billing of energy basing on KVah readings instead of KWH (Kilo Watt Hour) readings, in so far as the petitioner, is concerned pending disposal of the writ petition Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
