JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 29-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The S.H.O., Bhore, has appeared personally in the Court. 3. The present application has been filed for directing the respondents to implement the order of the Court below passed in Complaint Case No.926 of 2021, order dated 29.03.2023 and Patna High Court CR. WJC No.539 of 2025(3) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 13.05.2024, whereby the learned SDJM, Chapra has issued process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.PC, against the respondent no.10. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the process under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.PC. has not been executed by the police. 5. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the S.H.O., Bhore had approached the Office of S.D.J.M. Chapra, but the Office Clerk has refused to give the copy of the processes under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.PC to the S.H.O., Bhore. 6. The S.D.J.M., Chapra is directed to hand over the processes issued in connection with Complaint Case No.926 of 2021 forthwith to the S.H.O., Bhore for its execution. Thereafter, the S.H.O. Bhore, will execute the process. 7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of. 8.
