By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.139 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 191(3), 324(4), 331(6) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, P.S. Basant Vihar, District Dehradun. 4. Learned counsel for the State on instructions would submit that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed in the case against the petitioner on 30.12.2024 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would challenge the charge- sheet in the appropriate proceedings before this Court. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 7. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
