Petitioners who have retired from the respondent- establishment in the year 2023 are aggrieved for non-payment of C.P.F. amount. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the above regard they have already represented the matter before the respondent no.3 by making representation on 01.09.2024 which is pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioners make their individual representations. 5. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) disposed of with direction to the petitioners to make their individual representations regarding their claim within a period of four weeks from today before the competent authority which shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided by separate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of two months. 6.
