Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent also not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no representation for the second respondent. 3.In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, recording the same this writ petition is closed. No costs.
