The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Issue a suitable order or direction, to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.29, Azamgarh to consider and decide the pending application bearing paper no.48Ga2 dated 26.8.2025 filed under Order-39 Rule-2A CPC in Suit No. 46/2020, Gulab Vs. Munna Gupta, in respect of suit property bearing Arazi No. 674/0.0910 and 676M0 /0.0360 situated in Narauli, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh, within stipulated period as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application under Order 39 Rule 2-A of C.P.C. is pending since 26.08.2025 and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
