We have heard the learned AGP as well. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to khs/Feb.2025/2582 2025:BHC-AUG:5509-DB - 2 - respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to provide appropriate police protection in the light of circular dated 22.04.2019 by receiving requisite charges from the petitioner and respondent No.3 shall execute the order, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 4 weeks.
