Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, has contended that the petitioner- company vide Sanction Letter dated 19.12.2019 sanctioned Rs.27,30,000/-as loan amount for twenty years @ 17.80% per annum in favour of the respondent nos.2 & 3. The outstanding amount was not paid by them. Therefore, after duly complying with the procedure as mentioned under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of
2025:UHC:567 2 Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, “Act, 2002”), an application under Section 14 of the Act, 2002 was filed before the District Magistrate, Dehradun, the respondent no.1 in the month of August, 2024. The said application is still pending.

Mr. D.S. Bohra, Standing Counsel has sought two weeks’ time to decide the said application, filed under Section 14 of the Act, 2002.

With the consent of learned counsel for both the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1/District Magistrate, Dehradun to pass suitable order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of this case.
