The petitioner Deba Khilla @ Debendra in BLAPL No.373 of 2025 is having a criminal antecedent of similar nature, but Mr. Asit Kumar Jena, learned counsel for the petitioners in BLAPL No.373 & 6100 of 2025; Mr. Akshaya Kumar Sahoo learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.5898 of 2025 and Mr. Laxmidhar Mahapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.6947 of 2025 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the above four bail applications by praying to grant liberty to the Petitioners to renew their prayer for bail, if the trial does not commence within three months hence. 3. Accordingly, the above four bail applications stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for, but the subsequent bail application of the petitioner- Deba Khilla @ Debendra in BLAPL No.373 of 2025 will be considered by taking into consideration his criminal antecedent.
