The subject of dispute between the petitioner and the 4**^ respondent is dealt by the Court of Principal District Judge, Guntur vide AAOP.No.600 of 2024 and the Statusquo order is also granted. Unmindful of that the 3^^ respondent is interfering with the affairs of the petitioner/company and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the disputes between the petitioner and the 4'^ respondent. Admittedly, there is no case registered against the petitioner. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 2. learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2 3. Considering submissions, the writ petition is disposed off at the stage of admission directing the 3'"^ respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere with the day to day affairs of the petitioner. 4.
